Zoho integration with selling platforms (remotely job)

Objective:
The primary objective of this project is to create a seamless, real-time integration between our Zoho Inventory system and our e-commerce platforms (Zid and Salla), as well as our seller accounts on Noon and Amazon. This will allow for real-time synchronization of product listings, inventory levels, and order management across all channels.

Responsibilities:

System and Data Preparation: the data should be organized to be easily classified in the Zoho inventory and produced proper reporting.

Requirements Gathering: Understand the current e-commerce setup, including products, categories, orders, customers, and the existing workflows in Zoho Inventory, Zid, Salla, Noon, and Amazon.

Integration Design: Plan the integration strategy between Zoho Inventory and the e-commerce platforms (Zid and Salla) as well as Noon and Amazon.

API Management: Handle API interactions, including development and testing, between Zoho Inventory, the e-commerce platforms, and the marketplaces.

Data Mapping: Map data fields between Zoho Inventory and the various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. This includes product information, inventory data, orders, customer data, and more.

Integration Implementation: Implement the designed integrations and ensure real-time synchronization across all channels.

Testing: Test all implemented integrations extensively to ensure proper function and data integrity across platforms.

Training & Documentation: Provide adequate training to relevant staff members on the new integrations, how they function, and how to troubleshoot basic issues. Also, create comprehensive documentation detailing the integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting steps.

Post-Implementation Support: Offer a period of post-implementation support to handle any issues that arise after the integrations go live.

Expected Outcomes:

Seamless integration between Zoho Inventory, Zid, Salla, Noon, and Amazon.

Real-time synchronization of product listings and inventory levels across all channels.
