Zoho One Expert and Project Management

We are currently looking for an experienced manager with substantial Zoho One platform experience and Project Management Experience. This position would entail joining calls with clients to understand their needs and projects, developing scopes of work to be assigned internally to various staff both off and on site, and then following up on the work assignment with deadlines, testing the software for functionality, etc. This position requires very strong oral and written English skills, time management, and effective people management and motivational skills.

We have more work than we can handle in a niche market that is growing by leaps and bounds in the US, and this person will be trained with the owner on site in Balayan, Batangas. We pay for all travel expenses related to paid training, and will be willing to offer a relocation package to the right applicant. Applicants willing and able to relocate will have first priority. We are looking for a long term hire, and our goal is to be the last company you ever want to work for.

Starting pay for this position will be in the range of $1,000 to $2,000 USD to start DOE and have ample room for advancement. If you are not a highly experienced Zoho One user, but are highly experienced using various software programs, and are also an amazing project manager with great training skills, we will also consider training the right person. Expert deluge programming skills are not required to excel in this position, but knowing the capabilities of the Zoho One platform is a must in order to design solutions.

Work schedule can fluctuate throughout the year a bit to accommodate client needs. For most of the year we are working 12 PM to 9 PM. During the holiday months we are typically 9AM to 6PM. If we hit a major weather related event, we may work overnights for a period of time to accommodate emergency client needs. (We service the backup power industry) This can be expected to happen every couple of years for a few months.
