Job Title: Zoho CRM Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Zoho CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in Zoho CRM, with a proven track record of effectively managing, customizing and optimizing CRM systems to improve our customer relationship management strategy and increase sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Zoho CRM Management: Manage, maintain, and enhance our Zoho CRM system. This includes managing user setup, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and other functionalities.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize the use of Zoho CRM, including creating workflows, custom views, and other actionable insights in the CRM to improve user adoption and productivity.
Zoho CRM Integration: You will be responsible for integrating Zoho CRM with other systems using API connections, ensuring data consistency across multiple platforms.
Training: Train users on how to use Zoho CRM effectively and create relevant training materials as required.
Zoho CRM Customization and Automation: Utilize your experience with Zoho Canvas, Zoho Campaigns, and automation to customize our CRM to best suit our needs and automate our business processes.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage detailed reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Utilize Zoho Analytics to derive actionable insights from data.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with Zoho CRM and a broad knowledge of its different modules, including Zoho Canvas, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Analytics.
Experience integrating Zoho CRM with other systems using APIs and CRM portals.
Proven experience in a similar role managing and customizing CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
