Job Description
Our 100% remote B2B marketing agency is growing fast and we’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Zoho system administrator to set up, configure, maintain, and optimize our Zoho One platform for us and our clients. This role will also support and maintain other software platforms in our sales and marketing stack, such as ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, Qwilr, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Zapier, Calendly, other Zoho One applications, etc.

Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and others to meet the organization’s requirements.
Customize and develop workflows, forms, and reports within Zoho applications to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
Manage user access, permissions, and roles within Zoho applications, ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, including system errors, integration problems, and user queries.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks to optimize Zoho application performance and reliability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and implement solutions using Zoho applications.
Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices in Zoho applications, and recommend improvements or enhancements to maximize their utility.
Provide training and support to users on Zoho applications, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system to meet their needs.

While this is a remote position, it is required that you be available to work during typical US Pacific time from about 9-6 am Monday through Friday.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Zoho CRM configuration, customization, and administration.

Web hosting administration
Google admin platforms (Workspace, Tag Manager)
Reporting and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written formats
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Zoho CRM configuration, customization, and administration.
Experience with Zoho CRM automation, workflow development, and integration with other systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Network Administration, or a related field
Understanding of modern best practices for website performance optimization, system integration, analytics, reporting, risk management, and more
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tasks and responsibilities, and demonstrate initiative.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to take on challenges and grow within the company.
Experience working in a team environment, agency background is a strong plus
Must have a reliable internet connection and phone
Speak, read, and write English fluently, and able to work US hours
